Spot Mountain Lookout Under the Milky Way. A little before midnight, I went out to brush my teeth and noticed the Milky Way was so bright, the moon hadn’t yet risen, that the wind was light, the skies were clear, and it wasn’t that cold, which compelled me to try my first night sky shots of the summer. Saturn and Jupiter were out (two bright lights to the right of the tower) and so was the laundry. The glow of the almost risen moon is on the horizon. Nikon D810 w/ Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8. 7/8/20.
